5. Fees and Payment

Consulting fees will be specified in your engagement letter or statement of work. Payment terms, rates, and billing procedures will be clearly outlined before services commence. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

6. Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights. Deliverables created specifically for you as part of our engagement will be your property upon full payment. We retain ownership of our general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide consulting services with professional care and expertise. However, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Business decisions remain your responsibility.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement according to the terms specified in the engagement letter. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any engagement letter or statement of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rei Consulting Group regarding our services.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
